Meet the people who are behind this project:

Modern Escape Europe

and its founder Elma Kablar

Modern Escape Europe is a continuation of the vision of Modern Escape Japan, which was created in 2019. Modern Escape Japan organized two major events so far, one in collaboration with Seibu holdings, Inc. which has fifty-three companies affiliated across the world, and numerous training sessions.

The link between Modern Escape Japan and Modern Escape Europe is the founder Elma Kablar, who was born in 1982, originally from Zenica in Bosnia and Herzegovina who spent almost 10 years of her life in Japan.

Thanks to her rich experience and knowledge from living abroad, Elma decided to create Modern Escape Europe with a vision to combine knowledge and activities in the field of sports, culture, healthy living, mental and spiritual health with the goal of education, promotion and strengthening awareness of natural resources, physical, mental and spiritual health in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Her dreams are coming true by getting a chance to combine and bring people together to work towards the same goal which is protecting nature of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is passionate to share her knowledge about life in Japan and how Japanese people live with nature and respect it in every way. Steel Trail Zenica and Outdoor Weekend will be an amazing platform to implement and educate people about sustainable living.
